After the design meeting, you decide whether to move forward. If you do, you pay the remaining flat-fee balance, and we build your plan and work with you to put it in place.

Where can I look for a recorded deed?

Crozet is in Albemarle County. The county’s official resident guide identifies the Albemarle Circuit Court Clerk as the office maintaining land records. If you do not have your deed, say so; we can discuss which records will be useful for the work.

What if someone has already died, or I need a particular property document?
